The story of Vallarella family is a love story. It started around 1920. We were born producers and became processors of our production in 1986 with the opening of an oil mill in the city center of Andria. In the new millennium, relying on new innovations to create a product of the highest quality, we have decided to go beyond ourselves in the construction of the new crusher that has the latest cutting-edge technologies and of which we can be proud as UNIQUE in ITALY.

Our company is entirely organic, we take care of our olive groves according to organic regulations, the time between harvest and milling is 24 hours and the extraction is cold to ensure that the final product has all the characteristics organoleptic characteristics that a good oil product must have.
